Label is deleted on changing Time frame, MT4 Built 419

I have 3 installations of the MT4 with lust Built (419)
One of them is having this malfunction. I know that if I reinstall the system it could be fixed as the other two installations, but it will took some hard work to get back with all modifications.
Did anyone tackled with this faulty behavior of the system?

there was another indicator w labels
that used in the deinit() procedure this bad command
ObjectsDeleteAll(0,OBJ_LABEL);
