Popped a little higher then expected, but got a better price to sell

Then look inside the base for the last spike, giving momentum for a break.
The odds are that there are unfilled orders that will cause a reaction when price returns => Supply/Demand.
Last setup was textbook imho.
Indicators based on price will follow price, they will always show hindsight.
If i can't spot it realtime, I suck and deserve a loss or BE
