I'm not sure they're new rules are they, just clarification and enforcement of old ambiguous rules à la NFA!

Brøkers will probably compensate by adjusting the way they stream quotes and fill orders, to be honest I doubt anything much will change for the trader.

NFA are making it tougher for sure but it won't stop brøkers from shaving a few tenths of pips at the trader's expense.

I totally Agreed with you pipmutt, I am afraid but this new NFA rule is nothing but the other side of the coin.
