LoveEvery1,

What happened to the rule on first page "we will look for trades AWAY from the 200 EMA"?

I understand the trade worked out not respecting the above condition but I think traders who just joined this thread might get confused especially since you did not provide further explanation on why you ignored that condition.

An interesting system here, especially for a scalper like me! I'm always on the look out for something new.

One question:

What is the relevance of the 800 EMA? I have run a search on the thread, but the only info I can find on it is that we shouldn't try to trade in between the 200 EMA and the 800 EMA if they are too close together. Is this the only time we should take the 800 EMA into consideration?

Apologies if this has already been covered and I have just missed it!

guys can you tell me some editing software for the chart plz.im having tough time here editing them..[/quote]

Hi loverly1: Thanks for the thread. If you have windows7 just use the snipit tool to grab the part of the chart you want. If not try Greenshot screen capture. Then you can use paint.net. This is a picture editing tool that is pretty good. Not too simple and not too many bells and whistles. Both of those programs are open source. This is what I have been using and it works well. Capture, paste, edit. Hope this helps you out. Thanks again for the thread. mdavem

hello mate...800ema is nothing but 50ema on 4hr.200ema and 50ema is very well respected on all TFs. you can go in for the kill if the distance between the 200 and 800 ema are more than 35 pips away with the everything in place.Do backtesting mate.

Note: Even a ROBO can follow the rules.on top of all the rules comes the traders discretion.the price action where the price is bouncing off from.how many times has it bounced off how many hits has it made and how soon it has touched the 200ema or any ema.

Yesterday trades: 2 winners with my favourite currency EUR/AUD, 2 winners with GBP/CAD, and 1 loser with EUR/USD. Overall a good day and thanks LoveEvery1 for sharing this system.

Since we all learn more from a loser than we do with winners here is the EUR/USD chart. In hindsight the H1 was ranging at the time and GPB/USD was moving in the opposite direction. Probably should have stayed away. Went to bed and missed the FOMC moves.

Hi,

Is this a valid entry? I seem to remember reading somewhere in the thread that if the TDI has crossed before the London open, it is best to stay away, as it can reverse.

Any thoughts?

yes, it happens often . if u backtest, it looks like the losers outnumber the winners. a lot of times u will see a reversal during the london session, on these early crosses.......vince

you are supposed to take the cross above the yellow line.do not do not..break that rule...since you are new to this system.take only the crosses above the yellow line in accordance with the 200ema...to be on the safe side

im not saying that this trade wont work or will work,,,its always safe to trade like the way described above

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, but I am a bit confused. In the image I posted, I opened on the candle after the London open, which shows the green line above the 200 EMA (Coloured red on my chart). Am I missing something here?

What LoveEvery1 means is that to be on the safe side the red-green cross should occur above the yellow line for a long trade. In your chart the red-green cross occured below the yellow line.

See his post #22 for a clear example.
