Hi forum members.
I have started forex a couple of months ago.pricisely around december 2006 using Northfinance.I have been making great loses.can any member of the forum assisit me with some tips.I have bought a lot of books but I dont have any success story.Please I need your assistance.possibly give me some working indicators.I have use pivot .EMAs MACD etc

You say that you used pivot points, EMA and MACD. Why are you asking for working indicators then, you already have some.

If you have been using a technical indicator which consistently produced 100% false signals, please tell me what is it?

My sincere advice: stop trading (large accounts)
You can receive the indicators that experienced traders can give you, but you will still lose money.
Many people believe that indicators are the shortcut to success in trading and thats a BIG mistake.

Stop using indicators altogether. start printing charts and looking at price.

Here's where a program that reverses buy with sell and sell with buy would be great.

All kidding aside, read up on price action, the james16 thread is a good start. It's ok to use indicators, but try not to base your entry or exit off them, instead use them as indications of where to look for price action, that includes support and resistance. Read up on trends, use trend lines and buy or sell bounces of them, down trend sell off a bounce, up trend buy off a bounce etc. Also if you are trading short term try going to a longer time frame. There's a lot you can do, but it's not going to happen over night. A lot of times it takes years to see consistent profits. Theres a lot on these forums that could improve your trading, use the search function and just read, read, read.

And if you are losing real money move to a demo account or a micro account.
