I am looking for EA that could place two (or optionally one) pending orders - hedging buy and sell in specific time. In distance of few pips from last candle close.
Inputs requered:

Time (hh:mm) of specific candle (probably 1 min chart)
Lot size
TP of each order
S of each order
Distance from Close price in pips orders to be placed
Option place only one of the orders (for US citizens)
