please help me and check these orders for me ,
i have 4 orders that in all of them my TP touched but broker did not close orders at TP point!

eurusd spread is 2 pip in this broker.
in first case my orders closed at sl after touched tp ! and in second case i close it myself in loss after touch tp and not filled.

and i attach tick price too,that show in both case firsl my tp touched and then price changed and come back.

please tell me is it broker problem and they want to scam me? or they should solve it for me. thanks all

It seems like people have problems with orders not closed.

Does anyone of you have problems with orders being closed too early (before the TP) and having contra trades opened that were not opened by you?

Why does it seem like retail traders can never earn now?!

Most probably its because the tp price didn't hit the market because of spreads. First scenario has a higher possibility.
For the take profit to trigger, the ask price should have reached the tp level which might not have happened due to spreads. I would suggest you ask for a tick by tick chart from your broker of that particular time. It would definitely solve your query.

However, their might be another possibility, was your broker regulated or non regulated? If its a regulated broker then the above explained scenario is true. But if its an unregulated broker, i would suggest you to get it investigated. They might have manipulated your trade.
