run, pips, run!

I'm wondering if this is already out there:

I'm looking for an indicator that will send up an alert when price has run X pips in a single direction without an X retrace.

For example, let's say the settings are 60 and 19.

So then, an alert will come if price moves 60 or more pips in any direction, so long as there wasn't a retrace of 20> pips during the same run.

What about it? Does this already exist in some form?

Would it be possible to have something that shows the Hi and Lo of the [60 pip] move? Like maybe a box (with color choices), or maybe the custom dingbat library, where you can select a custom marker. Just something which clearly shows off the move.

I was hoping there was a handy tool out there so I can catch a piece of the next central bank intervention. I only gained 161 pips (EUR/USD)when SNB pegged franc to the euro. I might have gotten 500 pips on EUR/CHF.
