Broker blocking access to the account from different computers

Hi
I have an account on InvestTechFx. They doesn't allow accessing to my account from different computers. When i'm at my office or even at home when using my desk computer i can only check the trades but i cannot close or open other trades (except on demo accounts but not real accounts).
They allow access with what they call investor code which doesn't allow to trade.

The only computer from which i can trade is a laptop. It's a problem because in case this computer is broken, it becomes impossible to make trades unless we call the dealing desk which is not very funny.

Are there any possibilities to pass through this security?
On the laptop i use where trading is possible there is a file named

"my account number"-InvestTechFx-Live.key

we have a subscriber who they accused of using multiple IP's to access his account and refused to pay out his sizeable balance. I'm not sure what ever happened to it.

There is also an enforcement action against them by the CFTC

I wouldn't go near this broker with a 10' pole. I don't give such harsh comments about any broker very often...
