How to put Trailing Stops when MT4 provided by broker does not allow it

I have an account on InvestTechFx
Good surprise was the competitive spreads, You also have a 20% bonus on each deposit.

But bad news: each time you execute an order, there is always a delay. This delay tends to be sometimes of 5 seconds especially when the trend goes reverse your order. But also, if you try scalping this is a very difficult task.


The metatrader program provided by the broker, does not include the possibility to put trailing stops. Is it possible to program a trailing stop?

It it possible to use for example metaquotes metatrader4 and set the server of investtechfx to trade, so that we have trailing stops.

Sounds like they have the Virtual Dealer Plugin in full swing, watch out. There is a plugin that I use to use. It's an outside program that does not allow your broker to see your stops or take profit and allows trailing stops. The only thing is, if you close your MT4 then the plugin does not work.

I would back away from that broker of yours, from the sounds of it they are not the broker for scalping.

I will let you know the name of the plugin once I have dug the name out unless someone else knows what I am referring too.

I'd bail on them and find another broker - why try and think of a way to get stops to work with them, when there are plenty of brokers that dont have delays and you can use trailing stops as well....

This EA keeps track of your open orders, and sets your SL the same way the TS does. So in your case this might be what could work for you.

and the asic-stuff they printed semselfes using photoshop, or what?
as long as nobody proves me (or I make the experience) fxprimus is not honest, I will trade with them and recommend them with a clear conscience.
