Programmer wanted for this template (need email, IM or sms alert upon conditions met)

hi all, attached is my template and indicators.

I've posted a ppt of what i require.

If someone can program an alert that will email or sms or IM alert when the 4 conditions are met, please let me know (and any charges if you are charging).

Hello, this could be done by using a dll call,
if you are still interested, i could program it to deliver an sms or email, but if you need to be alerted by sms, then you'll need an sms gateway
