MTF RSI Alert Needed

I have a request that I hope someone will be able to fulfill for me. I have an MTF RSI indicator that I use and I would like to have an alert (audible and a pop up box) added to the indicator so I can know when the RSI has [b]closed[b] below the 45 level and when RSI has closed above the 55 level.

If someone could help me with this request, I would greatly appreciate it. I have no programming skills at all.

I've attached the indicator that I use and would like the alert to be added to.
