Indicator not showing on MT4

I use a MTF Trix indicator from Swing Man. On some of my MT4 charts, I load it and it works fine. On others, I load it and nothing is there. Can anyone tell me why that might be?

Sometimes this can be due to the amount of historical data present. Try scrolling back the chart to let MT4 load the historical chart data. Hope this helps...
