indicator - custom horizontal line drawer

hi - i was wondering if there was anyone out there that had an MT4 indicator that fits the bill below or maybe if a kind hearted meta guru had a spare few mins on their hands would possibly like to help me out..

i calc a series of "custom" (not the normal daily pivots or anything etc)... horizontal lines in excel that i manaually draw on to my charts daily...
i was wondering is it possible to create an indicator so that i can just copy paste the column of data into an input column in to the indi and set preset colors for certain levels as well? there are 13 lines in total..

i've found a couple on the net but they didnt work so couldn't determine if they were exactly what i needed..
