How do I set a Time that is in the next day for my EA?

Hi,

I want my EA to set a flag "nomoretrades" to true at 13:00 the following day.

I also have a fibonacci line drawn today.

How do I write the code to check if it the 13:00 is one day after today's fibonacci line?

I have attached an image to show what I mean.

I have drawn the fibonacci on 26 Jan. The crosshair is on the 13:00 bar.

How do I ensure that "nomoretrades" is set to true at 13:00 the following day?
