What do you do when waiting for your setup?

We all know trading can be boring.Sometimes we have to sit infront of the computer for hours before our perfect setup occurs.Then we get into a trade and wait again,not doing much besides managin the trade.

I was wondering what do you guys do to occupy yourselves while sitting infront of your computers for hours and hours?

Ahhh the age old question, what do you do while waiting for a setup to occur. Personally I do a number of things:

1. Lift weights--Sitting around all day waiting for trades can make you kinda soft in the middle so I'm trying to correct that.
2. Read articles--I read trading as well as other news articles just to keep on top of things.
3. Teaching myself to program--I'm trying to brush up on my Excel skills as well as learing to program in MQL
4. Read and respond to posts at Forex Factory

I try to keep things focused on trading and avoid TV personally so I don't get sucked into a movie or a news report and miss nice setups (it happened more than once so I moved my TV out of my office).

I live on US East coast. The only trade I have that works is the London breakout. I get up at 02:45. Enter my trade at 03:01 and go back to bed.
I look at Forexfactory to see time of scheduled news events only. I don't read any analysts reports. My cell phone goes off when I hit profit target or get stopped out.

No, no, not a Breakout strategy. For me, I play this Breakout game I have on my IPhone!
