Calling all Programmers - I need your help

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way for someone to program the following:

I would like to receive an alert when all three occurrences happen.

1. Price is above the 200EMA on the 4H chart.

2. Price is above the 200EMA on the 1H chart.

3. Provide an alert once price touches or falls below the 200EMA on the 15M chart.

I would also like the reverse scenario to apply:

1. Price is below the 200EMA on the 4H Chart

2. Price is below the 200 EMA on the 1H Chart.

3. Provide an alert once price touches or rises above the 200EMA on the 15M Chart.


All I am is a trader (and not a programmer) and would really appreciate if someone could come up with a simple alert for the above scenario.
