Looking for EA to open positions from trendline touch or breakout

I wonder if such has been coded before or I will need to ask my programmer. For example when price breaks my trendline it should open order lets say 5 pips above/below it, or when price touches my trendline it should open order that I choose in advance with predefined SL and TP. Must be fully configurable as per my needs.
