Pinbar and S/R scanner

I have created an EA that scans the different currency pairs for pinbars and support and resistance. The scanning for pinbars works as it should but I have a problem with support and resistance. It should make an alert if the price is less than 2 * ATR but Sometimes there isn't anough history for a currency pair and I get false signals. Do you know how I can program the EA to read the first 480 bars before searching for support and resistance?

You can check the numbers of past bars using iBars
int bars = iBars(Symbol(),TimeFrame);

But how do I load the history of there aren't enough candles?

Is it possible to load/update the history before the scanner checks for setups?

If I program it to check how many bars there are in the history how do I then program it to download the rest of the history of there isn't enough?

for pinbar, whats the meaning of shadow = 2 ? what should be the size of the head ? how far it should close from hi ? how long the tail should be ?

right now i am seeing several pins as per this EA. How can i tighten this ? i want lesser number of pins
