As I know there is a mt4 that can connect all the mt4 broker. Mean you can use the server to choose what mt4 broker to connect. May I know where can I get it pls?

Almost 100% certain this doesn't exist. Each broker has their own independent servers. MT4 is just a platform used by brokers that choose to use it. There is nothing connecting them all.

Every MT4 is able to connect to every MT4 Broker probably you just need the right Server Configuration File.
