Yes and people here are learning VSA to make their trading easier. Not selling anything? Well you offer to trade for people for free until 2012... what happens after that? And what is your interest in Smart Trade FX broker?

I think oil may be done on daily. $90 potential target. Trailing stop

Commodities always end in a spectacular spike .. check oil daily and the spike to 120 , we may be done

$103 and then $97.50 could provide some support on the way down looking at daily. Last 2 days looking very bearish for the time being.

Yes but EU made a higher yearly high today... may finish the week with a retrace but I don't think we are done seeing higher highs.

not a no demand bar sorry ... just updated pice in tradeguider was missing a bunch of data... looks like high volume up day closing in highs

That's better and what my volume showed but I thought it might have been a case of mine showing something different than esignal etc... That is what I see also... increased volume upbar that closed in the top quater.

I've tested many brokers over the last four years. and after the regulations in the usa, i've had to close my account at Gomarkets. I won't touch any US brokers, and most other brokers turn down US citizens. When i had to find another broker, I was happy with the test phase with that broker and I decided to use them. I dont trust broker reviews, and especially not peoples opinions when it comes to brokers. i've used fxcm- ibfx- oanda- alpari and on on . If a broker requotes me or has high spreads during news releases, server issues, etc. I move on. I continue to test brokers and currently I'm happy with smarttrade and dukascopy. however dukascopy is in the air in the future as well. Its getting ugly to say the least and I'm looking for options and i'm putting my eggs in different baskets to be on the safe side. I'll also include some other brokers in the future that I'm happy with. why would I trade for others for free for the next 9 months with out any compensation to me. Why not? Isn't the same thing as posting your analysis and sharing your trades in a thread? I've done that too, but it takes a lot of effort and whether the effort is even worth it, is another story. Traders, will always have their own analysis and will trade whatever way they seam fit at the time. What happens after 2012? Depends on a lot of factors. If people appreciate the free service, maybe I'll continue, time will tell. any more questions?

Wasn't really looking for any answers.

And no I would never want to trade for someone else using their money. If I make or lose money it will be my own. What does that teach anybody if you trade for them? I post my trades and analysis to help teach others to trade using VSA and also to help myself by taking the time to review what I have done or what I see.

Teach a man to fish my friend don't hold the pole for them.

I've actually taught a few traders and even one from this thread that ended up using me. He used my track record to land a big investor, He tried to implement my strategy for a few weeks without notifiying me or telling me that he got an investor , he lost $6k over that period. Then finally gave me access to the account. I recovered the account within a week and put the account in profit. He continued to trade the account after I told him he wasn't ready and he should practice and watch me trade through the live account, well his ignorance, or greed, or whatever you want to call it, ended up losing $30k in one night. At that point, I realized, whats the point of teaching others when they will do whatever they want anyways. Now as you stated, " TO REVIEW what you have done". I agree with this completely and this is 1 of the main reasons why we all participate in these forums. We learn from our mistakes, we learn from others mistakes, and we all want to succeed. The truth is, some will never succeed and only a few will, but this doesn't mean we have the right to push someone down and say that they can not do it. I think we can all become good traders, but the main problem is the comments that I made previously in this thread earlier on today. Yes there are beginners in here that want to learn a successful strategy, but what is successful for one person may not work for another. We all know this, but so many in this forum are still concentrated on what others are doing. How I become profitable, was putting the forums to the side for about 18 months and I focused on my own strategy and understand myself and what I am capable of. I think that many traders do the same. They block everyone out, find something that works. THEN they came into these forums and share. and What I am doing, is sharing from my own experiences and nothing more. I have a blog to share my trading tools, and I use it for a journal of my thoughts, ideas, and mostly progress. Thats what blogs should be all about. I don't advertise, or an affiliate, or anything else as a way to supplement my income. I only make $ from my own trading. trading is rough at times, but its about the journey and not necessarily where you're going.

Have some time so heres the 5 min chart. Red lines left to right...

1. Highest volume bar which ended up being buying climax. The trigger zone created by the bar was never tested and the high never taken out
2. KRB taking us below the low of the trigger bar... bias now short. We are now below the PAL and well look at that the hull turned red right after this bar
3. This was my entry off the ND
4. This was my premature exit (dumbass)
5. Entry option 2 off a ND which ended weak retrace move and followed the squat bar right before it... squat upbar showing all buyers were met with sellers and then a ND... well OK clear enough.
6. Entry option 3 off another ND
7. Entry option 4 off another ND

Nothing fancy just ND's, no triggers considered just plain and simple ND in a confirmed downtrend (background just look at Oil on Monday... major bearish engulfing, 2 bar reversal).

Hi everybody,

I've a question about how we use VSA on a chart as the one in attachment. This is USDCHF on the 15M time frame. On the 1H timeframe it is touching the 20EMA and I think there is a chance that it will go down.
But can you help me to analyse this kind of chart ? The price went 3 times to the 0.8984 price level, but what would be the trigger for going short? What should I wait for?

We can see that the price is approaching the 0.8984 level, each time on a lower volume than before, but do you see some VSA signals?

More generaly, my question is "How do we use VSA in a consolidation area?". Do we have to wait for a breakout?
