develop neural network in matlab

Hi to everyone...

i'm trying to develop a neural network in matlab...first i've develop it into statistica 8.0 and i've find that a MLP 2-6-2 time series classifier... that takes from input a series of 1 and 0(buy or sell) and output again 1 and 0 with very good result..near 74% of right prediction...now i want to replicate it into matlab or c code so i can call it directly....the code generated from statistica 8.0 is nearly without any use...if someone use that tell me...maybe i can share here the code of the nn...

I might be able to take this one but need to see a sample of statistica code to see if I can convert it to C#. Can you post an example piece of code
