any excel wizards?

so I have ohlc data where each candle's information (ohlc) is separated into four columns and each candle comprises one row. what i am looking to do is to get excel to either highlight or separate onto a new spreadsheet all the relative highs and lows of the data. i am trying to get it to find turn around points in price. they must be kept in the order in which they occur in the data. any ideas or does this not make sense? thanks
