every indicator that reads bars always does a buy or sell to late. since it looks at bar filled then make a buy or sell after it. i get that.
however when i am using a simple indicator like iMAX. and want to do a buy or sell when line crosses. it still sells or buys to late, since in the imax code it checks when line crosses then comes with the buy or sell after the bar is done.
so my idea is, what if i convert the iMAx indicator into ticks and then using icustom to cross the line. would it then actually sell or buy when it cross the line?
me starting to hate bars. bars must die grrrr
indicator is attached. also i dont think the indicator will do much good in the bigger scheme of things. it is just i would like to have 1 simple Ea work with a simple indicator as i would like it to be
crosses line buy, crosses line sell.
writing in words is so much easier then actually code it lol.
i am starting to understand how people must feel when dealing with assembly code
