please help, can't login live account in another computer.

I am using MB Trading MT4, I can only log in the one computer with operation system WIN7,which is also the first computer I logged in the live account. Today I tried to log in the live account in my other computer with XP, but it always show common error, but no problem with my demo account. Is it possible there is a limitation you only can log in the computer where you logged in you live account first time, l can't believe it by that way you can not change your computer? BTW, is it possible to log in the same live account in 2 computers at the same time? maybe someone had same experience, please help me to figure it out. thanks.

I wrote an email to them, so far no reply, maybe it is sunday. hope hear something tomorrow.

You have to copy the RSA key to the other computer, if you have deleted it you have to call to reset your RSA key.

 

1. Are you trying to login to a different computer than the one you originally set MT4 up on? If so you will need to transfer your RSA Key from that computer to your secondary system:
2. Go to c:/program files/MBT-MetaTrader 4/config on computer number 1, once you have located this file on your computer e-mail the Key file (which should contain your account number and the phrase ‘MBTrading-Live Server’) to yourself and open the email on computer 2. Once it is on computer 2 save it to your desktop, then copy and paste it into the config folder, (c:/program files/ MBT-MetaTrader 4/config). After this is done you should be able to login to your account on both computers.

Yes, it's a pain, I have moved on to Navigator, MBT's MT4 have A LOT of problems and they don't fix them.

Try to log in when market opens as sometimes it will not work if you are trying it for the first time on another computer when market is closed. I have MBT live mt4 which is not funded and login from other pc was not an issue.

When you first install your broker copy of MT4 it will set up the broker server IP address automatically. If you try to log in off another copy of MT4 on a different computer you will have to manually enter your name and the server IP address. Once this is done you should be able to log in automatically from that machine. The IP addresses should be available on your broker's website.

Thanks guys, I checked my original computer which set up the live account, but can't find the RSA file. too bad. I will contact the customer support of MB Trading. I appreciate all your supports.
