I am finding a reliable broker that satisfy all these conditions :

Allow scalper EA without any restriction
Accept Paypal in USD
Spread major pairs <=2
Regulated by a trustworthy financial body
So far here are the ones I found but none are completely satisfied and I'd like to know more :
1st)Fxpro is one of them but I don't like the fact that they are based in Cyprus and their managing board has negative record.
2nd)Gomarket and VantageFX from Australia satisfy almost all conditions but they only accept Paypal deposit in AUD
3rd)Varengoldbank FX of Germany, satisfy all except their quote is 4 digits
4th)MIGBANK of Swiss but they dont accept scalper EA.
5th)Alpari of UK but they don't use Paypal as an deposit option
5th)OANDA of US but they don't use Meta 4 Platform
