Hi 786,
For me I think the best setups do occur during the 4-7am and 8:30 - noon EST. I think most of the trend changes start around 6-7am as the early US traders get started. I have an account with FXCM (the us based one) and they have an IPhone app that lets me make trades. The down side is the chart view is a line chart 5min only. The main thing I use it for is to monitor live trades when I have to leave my desktop for some reason. If I want to look at a live chart on the Iphone I use iphoneforex.com/quotes to view 15min live charts.
I opened the FXCM account to be able to use MT4 but found out later I would have to open a FXCM UK base account for this to occur. I use two other brokers as well but they do not have the iphone app.

DislikedTiming is also issue for me. I live in Canada. Have to leave for job 8:00 of morning and come back at 7:30 pm. At job cannt do trade.
I am trying to do trading in morning 2 to 3 hours before leaving to job.
Roper, do your experience say that if I trade from 4 to 7 am EST, can I catch some good setups?
Also anybody doing trades on cell phone or hand-held device and can see charts on that?Ignored
