I was wondering if anyone could tell me if Neuimex is still under invstigation by the Swiss authorities or have they been cleared? And are all client assets no longer frozen? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer,
the audit is done and the SFBC is now making the final internal report. This will be published soon and we are sure that everything is ok.
Until this is not officially done by them no withdrawals are possible unfortunately. The same for payments.
If we are checked so deeply and found OK - why withdraw money from the best checked broker??

I noticed their web site changed. Under the 'About Us' tab they don't show the CH office anymore. Is the DE office still open? It is still listed on the web site along with the one in Tortola.
Seems that it is taking the road to bankruptcy.
Hope is not completely gone. I don't know what this firm was doing exactly. But if their book are negative and the clients account are sort of separated, you still have a chance to get your money back. But if they have been using your funds for their speculation, then .... you know what.
You can phone up the following people to ask for more informations on how much was the debt and why etc. Swiss authority are very friendly people. Start with a friendly greeting and explain.
If you have money there you might have to get yourself into the list of creditors. If they are already on the way of luquidation, you probaly don't need to pay anything to be put on the list. Best thing, call up these people and ask for advice

After paying their debt, any money left will be distributed back in term of how much your amount is in % from total of all claimants

Thanks for the advice. I already sent them an email explaining my situation... All I can do now is wait... and hope for better news...
