What is slop direction line indicator?

Hi All,
Could someone explain me the calculation underlying Slope Direction Line indicator? It is used in a few very popular strategies and I want to understand the idea behind it. Thanks.

Never mind. I found it. It is the HMA( Hull moving average) with slope direction changing the color of the line. Thanks.
