What i would really be interested is a book in which there is a thorough explanation about interbank forex market, as well as other participants roles explained there. Would be very informative and beneficial for me as a trader to go over such book, if you know one, please write the title of it here. Linear explanation of interbank market structure isn't enough for me, that the biggest banks along with big hedge funds operate on the same level, and that bigger the bank is the more credit relationships they might have and so on... Would like to know what if this happened, how would this big guys play out, if not that, how did they do in the past when there was similar situation.
