4. He/She asks you to send money directly to the business and the business is not a registered CPO or Hedge Fund.
5. No monthly reporting clearly indicating your account.
6. When you ask for a withdrawal he/she hesitates and makes excuses.
7. He/She is conveniently unavailable when you need him/her.
8. Their bank isn't anywhere near them.
