Dear everybody
I want to introduce you a very profitable method. The most important feature of this method is that the trader will be free from predictions, Believes and forecasts.

In other word, the trader would not mind if the price goes high or low. Every where it goes, trader has a plan for it.

This method is designed based on 3LB charting system. 3LB stands for "3 Line Break" which first was introduced by Steve Nison in his famous book, "Beyond Candlesticks".

I advise everybody read this book before I start describing this method. Unfortunately I am not a very verbal person and my English is not very good so it helps if somebody write for others how 3LB candles are constructed.
Otherwise I should try to do it myself.

As everybody here knows there are several charting systems, like:
- Line Chart
- Bar Chart
- Candlesticks Chart
- Kagi Chart
- Renko Chart
- Point-Figure Chart
- Three Line Break Chart

Each of them has its own definition. "Free from Predictions and Forecasts Method" is designed based on Three Line Break (3LB) Charting System.

First of all you should learn how this kind of charting system is constructed.

Frankly speaking, there is no need to such indicator. If you underestand the philosephy of 3LB charting system and try drawing them using Excel (for learning purposes), then you would distingush 3LB Blocks*, looking to normal candlestick charts without any indicator.

But if anybody interested to automatic 3LB Charts, you can refer to XTick charting software, or GFT Trading Platform.

3LB Blocks*: is an expression I use to refer to 3LB candles constructed from usual candlsticks.

In a candlestick chart, if we validate some candles and invalidate some others, a new candle based chart is generated which is called 3LB chart.

The validation criteria will be explained later.

Each candle is specified with its closing price. Suppose a beginning reference candle.
In a positive trend, the next validated candle is one whose closing price is higher than the first one.
In a negative trend, the next validated candle is one whose closing price is lower than the first one.

Actually, Beyond Candlesticks is written by Steve Nison. If Fun Trader is Steve Nison, I think everyone would be very interested in hearing what he has to say... It is probably unlikely he is, so I am going to delete the link, but at Amazon, it is available and is a very good book. Beyond Candlestick Charting, by Steve Nison. But, let's give Fun Trader a chance to elaborate in his/her own words... I think that is only polite... That is why I removed a few posts, that were a bit impatient.
