transforming non accessible indicator popup alert into email, help?

Hi,
I have a commercial indicator, code not accessible unfortunately, who only emits sound and popup alerts. I was wondering if there is any way to write a program who captures those alerts (from the logfile perhaps?) and send me an email.....if anybody could help i'd be most grateful.
