Need an EA for this Manual Trading Strategy

Dear Programmers,

I am trading with this indicator for quite sometime and find it somewhat profitable. Time frame is 30 Minutes and works on almost all currency pairs.

Overview:
I am trading with an Indicator that is attached to the main chart. Its a line indicator that changes its color with the price movement. It becomes Turquoise when price moves in upward direction and becomes Orange when the price starts falling.

Enter/Exit Rule:
I Buy the moment the Indicator changes to Turquoise color, Exit only when it changes to Orange. Immediately Sell and wait for it to become Turquoise again. And the Trade continues in such fashion without any Trailing SL.

What I am looking for:
If anyone could code an EA for the above Strategy I shall be highly obliged. Because its practically impossible to sit in front of the PC all the time to catch the big moves that an EA can do automatically.

Indicator1: Bollinger without Midleline (55 / 0,2) M15, fill it with colour blue (Entry Signal) Indicator2: Bollinger without Midleline (55 / 0,2) H1 (Filter), fill it with colour red Charttyp: Candlesticks Entry Signal Long: (short opposite) - Complete Candle is above BB/H1 (the complete candle don´t touch the BB) - Complete Candle is above BB/M15 and the candle before touch the BB/M15 - Buy Limit with the top of the free candle - the Stopp is under the BB/M15, Stopps are only allowed with a distance to the entry with 5, 10, 15, 20......pips (e.g. entry 1,2346 / BB 1,2334 /Distance 12pips...in this case Minimum 15 pips, means stopp at 1,2331 Exit: 50% Take Profit with a Ratio of 1:1, means in the described case: Risk 15pips, Take Profit: 15 pips (case above TP 1,2361) 50% Take Profit with a Ratio of 1:2, means in the described case: Risk 15pips, 2. Take Profit: 30 pips (case above TP 1,2376)
Input Parameter for the EA: Indicators: - BB1, Entry Singal: 55, 0.2, TF - BB2, Filter: 55, 0.2, TF Moneymanagement: - Fixed Lot - % of the available Money in the account Take Profit: - Take Profit 1: adjustabel, e.g. 50% - Take Profit 2: adjustabel, e.g 50%
