Need Help to put alert coding

Hello,
could anyone please help me with this indicator,
i intend to put a alert every time the bar changing color,
i have try a simple line of coding, and there is no error after compile,
but when i upload it on the chart,
the alert continuously pop-up many time per-second until my MT4 crash,

You indicate you have some programming skills. Rather than me changing your code, I will explain how to do. The reason the alert is going off is because the colour is changing every tick or nearly every tick. Rather than alert for every little change, count the number of ticks and if the colour is still changed after 10 ticks set the alarm. Then wait 10 more ticks and repeat. 10 ticks may not be the appropriate number, but you get the idea.

i don't have programming skill
the coding code are base on a simple tutorial from the forum

i have run the indicator on 1minute GJ chart,

the alert pop-up every time the price move only when the indicator on the positive value (the green bar)

ya i know i just tryed it ... here you go this one should work...

Would be highly appreciated if someone please help me add sound alert and pop up to this multi-timeframe fractals. Would like to hear a bell or something each time any of the fractals appear.

Need help to put alert sound to this indicator,
base on cross Moving Average, 4 various of moving average,

it give Arrow when the two MA cross, (only when the candle were closed)

i have tried the basic line of coding, but the alert keep pop up every tick,
i only want an alert once the Arrow appear on the chart,

could someone please help me?
