Emails/alerts for each of the following:
Every time the signal line crosses Up and closes through the 100.00 line
Every time the signal line crosses down and closes through the 100.00 line
Every time the signal line crosses Down and closes through the -100.00 line
Every time the signal line crosses up and closes through the -100 line
