Good programmer wanted

Hi,

I need an EA made and want to hire a programmer to help.

It will require good understanding of MQ4 language.

The basic of it (more detail later) if a moving average line has crossed a pivot line (an hour ago, 1 min ago etc - whenever) as soon as I enable EA, the EA will be able to look back and know if the MA has crossed up or down through a pivot level and place a sell or buy pending order at the level it has just crossed.

So it must be able to look back.

Well i attempted to start a thread (in the commercial forum) that was meant to help people like you find a good cheap recommended programmer but it was binned.

Twee can't be arsed to explain his decision or even respond to an email. So if you would like to see it back, let him know.
