I've been trading live on InterbankFX with the Sixth Screen EA v3.2z for several months now. Seems that InterbankFX may have changed to 5 digit trading over the weekend for LIVE accounts and now the EA does not enter any new trades. Has anybody seen this? Got any ideas on how to fix?

I know the demo accounts have had 5 digit trading for some time now but the live accounts were still at 4 digits.
Thanks,
Field

I have the same thing will be working on it and see how to adjust. Shouldnt be too much trouble just adding a digit here and there.

They also changed to sell by market and buy by market. I think we will have to take all TP and SL out of the EA and use a MPTM to set your TP and SL. So the EA is only used to enter trades and the MPTM is used to set TP, SL, and trade management if you use the other features. With 5 digits you have to set the MPTM at 990 for it to be 99 pips. You have to add that extra digit. What a scam that 5 digit crap is.

I also tried closing two profit trades today with IBFX and both of them took ages. Price moved several pips before closing making their actual spread larger than the fixed spreads of FXSol. Just my thoughts after day 1.

I love it, I posted version 5 and people are still voting against version 4. What a hoot. I wish there was an option where people voted no and leave their names so I could email them and laugh at them.

The consensus is that retail traders are not very intelligent. I know this is very much true in my own case (thinking of the things I used to do in my trading).

You have posted your results, MACMAN just published the results of a long term demo test (12 months) and the account had a net profit of over 120%. I have posted some of my results clearly showing profit. With Version 5 day two, money wise closed trades $77 profit, 5 open trades with running loss of $-6.50 (with lot size of between 10 to 20 cents). I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE IS NEEDED TO DRILL INTO PEOPLES BRAIN THAT THIS SYSTEM IS PROFITABLE IF TRADED SENSIBLY.

I think we shall resign ourselves to the fact that some fools will remain fools no matter what. Maybe we should not publicize the merits of the system because, after all Brokers need to make profit and pay their employees and shareholders (which makes me think maybe people voting against the system are agents of the retail brokers)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kind Regards,
P.s. I am not going to publish details of my trades anymore since I do not need to convince anyone.

I seem to be having some entrance problems with the Bulge EA. Has anyone else been having trouble. It is not near enough to the lines for me. I had one trade enter about 50 pips away. It is still going to profit but that is too far away. If others are having hte same problem I will need to recode it. May have been a 1 trade glitch.

OK I got it. My indicator is based on the BAND of MT4 but the EA is based on Bollinger Bands. They draw different lines so I will have to readust the indicator to show the original BB rather than the MT4 version. I got it.

Same thing here, funny enough had 4 trades with the BULGE EA and all of them closed for good profit EURAUD 125 pips between 20:00 gmt yesterday and 10:50 today. Having just checked the charts the trades seem to be some distance from the Bulge line.

Kind regards

Posted this here, I don't want to pollute the new thread - I must say I really like this method it feels right. I am going to practice this on demo account for a long while before moving it onto my real account. Made a couple of mistakes, but quite a successful start.

I have spent too much time on scalping threads, and it shows in my results, no losses yet, but need to allow the trades to develop before taking profit.

I would really like to know who the last guy was who voted NO to my system. I just earned over 600 pips in the last two days and I was wondering what in the world would posses you to do that? Really. I mean it who are you and what kind of logic would you use to post no to a system that really really works over the long haul. Would you please enlighten us to the brilliance of your strategy and how it would work better. We all here would like to know your daily trades and how successful you are really are. Please write us, I promise to be kind but I really would like to know.

Actually you should post this on the other thread. People need to see that others are making money also.

Scooby Doo gave this heads up:

Nothing todo with this system but.....be very carefull trading any system with real money going into Friday as Eurozone bank stress test data will be published. What the fcuk does that mean I here some asking....

It means everyone will find out how good/bad the levels of European bank debt is.

Every day we gamble (to some extent) but I think on Friday I will place some HUGE....HUGE....HUGE....HUGE....NO BIG....NO BIGGER trades.

Scoobs.

I know I said would not post results but seeing your last post will oblige. I made just over 500 pips since sunday night, will post results in the other thread. The new combination of BB and sixths seems to be pure stroke of genius. I really would like to give a prize to the joker who voted against the system. Just goes to prove what I have been saying all along some people have a quick look, think too many indicators, too complicated, too much hard work, too much reading, Not interested vote against.

It basically goes against their quest for the holy grail of fully automated EA which does not need any input from the trader. I AM PACKING MY BAGS AND GOING TO THE OTHER THREAD.

Kind regards.
