Dislikedlets concentrate our attention on pips ... so any ideas if its stuck there or slowly goes south ???Ignored
DislikedLocked in 192 by exiting on 7 over the last 24 hours since entry. Noted exits and profit on each occasion in this thread over that period. Sorry if it wasn't clear. I sometimes forget we're all at different knowledge levels here. I am getting on a bit now, you know. Sir, good luck.Ignored
DislikedTriangle alert for GBP/JPY. A possible triangle is forming, look at m15/m30. Favorable breakout direction: upwards (straightaway up or false break down first). Just my opinion.Ignored
Dislikedif i got 19.2 pips with 10 lots, i would say i got 19.2, not 192.its just misleading for members who dont know what youre talking about. good luck to you too buddy.Ignored
DislikedJust wondering how this statement will affect the GJ tommorrow.
If the rate stays the same will the price of the GJ go down? Also on the opposite side of the coin, if they raise it will the GJ go up? This is my general understanding of what to expect. I'm still relatively new to the effects of the news on this pair.
Thanks for your help and input.

DislikedAccording to a poll issued by Bloomberg the expectation for a hike is 30%. So my view is:
Hike: is not already highly priced in. we would see high 98s / low 99s. Market started considering a hike in April (anticipating from May) because of recent readings in CPI and Retail Sales. Those were so strong that market is now prepared in case BOE "surprises" again.
No-hike: is likely to inspire generalized profit takings from recent surge from 9200 / 221, also ahead of the holiday and NFP
The downside is also said to be soon contained, as market will return to the expectation of a hike in May.Ignored
DislikedCesar,
In the case of a no-hike what is your downside target since it would soon be contained?Ignored
