I am saying that the code you posted isn't saying anything about what the idea is.
So, it's hard to say what the idea was, at all.
To me it looks like you didn't explain to GPT clearly what you wanted.
Also, an AI isn't likely to ccreate a working EA if you can't direct it in the proper direction.
AI is like a project assistant, and You are the project leader.
AI is supposed to assist You, but you are the one responsible for giving clear directions and in the end, for making sure that the project works as expected. If you are unable to do so, you are not qualified to be the project leader.
IOW, the project leader must be able to tell the AI that it made a mistake and where the mistake is.
I can tell you that recently I asked Claude to code me an indicator, and it coded something, then I pointed out some mistakes, and Claude became uncooperative, it didn't respond. So, I went to Chat GPT, and it created a better code, more the way I wanted it, but it also wasn't complete. But, I managed to get at least that part to work properly. And finally, I posted this code to DeepSeek and asked it to add the missing part, and it did it. Finally, I still had to do some tweaks on the code to make it complete.

Either complain to the author, or restate the idea clearly, so that someone can code the indicator from scratch and ensure it is working and refreshing properly.
Otherwise, you need to use the AutoRefresh indicator.
Look:
This indicator isn't refreshing, because after the first run limit = 0, and then pos = -1, and the while loops don't get executed, because the first condition is while(pos >= 0) and the second is while(pos >=1).
