i would appreciated some help here , this is normal pivot point indicators based on Floor calculation
i would ask for help if some one would adjust the calculation for Daily pivot to exclude the Sunday data ( Monday pivot would be based on Friday

Hi guys - I'm trying to write a simple indicator that draws a vertical line over outside bars on the D1 time frame only.

So far it works brilliantly on all the old data but the more recent data it is drawing a line over basically every candle.
Could someone please help me understand what is going wrong with my code?

You can make vlines, but you need to also be able to delete vlines if youre using the live candle.
ie if the condition that makes a vline on the live is true, then becomes false, you need to delete whatever was made there. Also you dont need to loop over the whole history on every tick or refresh the chart on loading.

i found this indicator and would like to ask if anyone could edit it. I would like to have a breakout box plotted for a price range established during a custom defined time period like "startHour=00:00, startMinute=00:00, endHour:00:00 endMinute=00:15". I think all other settings could pretty much stay the same.

I need a little assistance to convert this ninja indicator to MT4. I will appreciate and thanks in advance.

It's not likely any coder in here has the time to freely teach you how to code. You may find some helpful videos on coding by doing a Google search. As for your strategy, if it is as profitable as you claim, then perhaps you could take some of your profits and hire someone to create an EA for you.

There is a member in here I know of who looks for opportunities to code profitable EAs. If she is interested and has the time, then she might help you. Good luck.

Just a guess but it looks like you are constantly checking the current bar in your loop which will fulfill the checked conditions as it grows during the day. Would you not want to only check completed bars?
