However, here are the spoonfed details...
Add any separate window indicator to your chart. (e.g. "Cycle KROUFR").
Since this code has "#property indicator separate window", it appears in a sub-window. (Had it been "#property indicator_chart_window", it would have appeared in the main window, but the "indicator_minimum" and "indicator_maximum" values would be ignored, hence the scale would be wrong and not display as desired).
Save your chart to a template named: Cycle KROUFR separate.tpl
In MT4 window, use File -> Open Data Folder.
Descend further into "templates" folder.
COPY the template file to a second file named "Cycle KROUFR overlay.tpl"
Using any text editor, edit the copied file.
Delete these lines:
</window>
<window>
height=50
fixed_height=0
In the section for the "Cycle KROUFR" indicator, change the window_num from "1" to "0" :
window_num=0
You can verify the min/max values are correct, and that you have the desired level_# lines at a few specific values that will help illustrate the 2nd scale.

P.S. While on the topic, there is another approach with examples here that show how an indicator (e.g. RSI) was modified and *scaled* to more-or-less track a moving average of price, so that the usual RSI lines don't go between -0-100, but instead are on top of the price bars, tracking price as it goes up and down. It looks like the top chart. Normal RSI(14) is in the sub-window.
