I need help finding a book/pdf by an anonymous author

This is going to be difficult, but hopefully someone who has this PDF reads this post.

A few months ago I found a thread here on FF. There were only 2 replies at the time. One of the people posted a PDF that had some guy's trading rules/tips/guidelines. The author was anonymous. In fact, in the beginning of the book the guy said that he was not a professional, just and anonymous trader. He also said that he was an arts and letters student working on a Ph.D. in philosophy. Or maybe he already had his degree...The cover page for the PDF was a blue and white design.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Does anyone have this PDF?
