Turnip, that's great to hear. It's amazing how a small jump up in time frame allows you to monitor a lot more pairs. I tend to stay away from trades with divergence and mainly stick to with trend trades. After analysis of my 5 minute trades I found that they were the majority of my losers, I guess I'm not good at picking tops and bottoms...

Yes -agreed. Trade with trend every time since I believe that in such trades we are trading pull backs in direction of continuing (until it ends)trend.

I hope you are all doing great and I hope my system did help you or even have changed your life (just like in my case). Trading or business like that definately can.

When i look back, it was huge coincidence I've found trading. When i did read few articles, it really did fascinated me. I really knew literally nothing about trading, I didn't even know there is something like that. Especially one quote - I saw in a book i will probably never forget.

That simply fascinated me. My dream about life anywhere in the world finally looked real, no 9am-5pm routine with terrible boss (even with good boss it's still not fun), being all day tired and be happy you are "finally" back at home and all exhausted watching tv and being without money, time or even both for better things to do with life, just no... I have to say trading or anything else is not that important itself as it's important what it means. Yeah, it's kinda an unique way, how to fullfill your dreams. but It's just an another way. I respect all succesful people who did something big with their lifes, made huge companies, became managers, being good in sports etc. but I guess I'm too lazy or too stupid for that. I was just more clever in other things and I had right attitude. There is one big thing to notice though, these people are still not that free. They still have to work hard or they are too old. And their mindset just doesn't allow that. Ton people just work, they work because they don't know what to do better with lifes, they don't know what they would do with so much free time, they dont know any other options. I was same. I mean you have to understand theres huge differences in poor people / mid class / rich people. Poor just wanna survive, mid class just wanna have better car,better houses, better phones, better and more expensive everything, yes they make a ton but they still spend a ton. And "last" class i would like to be in (and kinda i am) is rich people with biggest goal - just be free. I wanna do anything i want, anywhere i want and anytime i want.

I am not really gonna convice you, to change your mindset or do something with your life, because you should have inner motivation for that and have a "drive" for that. I never made even 1$ from writing this forum. so it's all up to you I'm just happy to say my opinion. I dont even know if i should/can make some payed access/BTC donations or whatever, I'll be happy for any ideas in PM. Anyway, it towards to other thing i wanted to say. I've noticed theres no pictures at 1st page anymore. I was busy with other things so i had no motivation to change it/update it, so i guess just click on my profile and search for latest posts of my trades/advices if you are interested or just let me know, what you would expect from me I'm really sorry i can't really answer for every PM about things you can search here, if you are not lazy. Also obviously i would take any nice cars and donations like that )) j/k

So, i have to say, im really thankful I had that luck in life that i found trading and other things, I'm still not even over 30y.o. and my life is better and better. I traveled a lot, i saw cities i couldnt really imagine, like New York, London, Barcelona, Rome, Cairo, Dubrovnik, Monaco,Gibraltar etc. etc. etc. I cant wait to see many things yet, like Dubai, L.A., Thailand... I doubt i would have even visit 1/10 of that with "standard" life. And yeah, I had to work hard, anything I have now is just on my own , didn't sleep much ton nights (because long time ago i had also job) but it's another long story and i dont wanna bother you with that.

All i wanted to say is just, that you should DREAM BIG , think about what are you doing and why. Think what you wanna do, where you see yourself tommorow, in half a year, etc. Look at your friends, if you like standard life, if you wanna be their inspiration or even if you wanna be like them, just do whatever hell you want, but just don't ever complain, you had your chance.

Also i did read big quotes i wanna share. I don't like bullshits, i like simple, clever, short things.

Some of trades i made there i really consider bad today, despite i made money You just have to recognize what good pinbar is, shape and location. But hey, i am still learning

As i've mentioned million times, you can use that on any market you want and any timeframe you want, but obviously depends on spread/fees/markets/trading hours you like etc. But yeah i liked eur usd 5min usually

Very interesting thread Jankone. 5 min is a bit fast for my ancient brain to cope with but looking back over 15 min charts it looks highly promising such as on EURJPY earlier today which I missed unfortunately as I was still in the land of nod. There are also a couple of countertrend setup's on EURJPY & EURUSD after divergence which I didn't take as the pins didn't look strong enough and closed down, although EURJPY did work out but EURUSD is struggling.

Here I see 3 conter-trend pinbar situations. And only the 1st one was confirmed by divergence.
Does this filter realy work at this strategy or it was removed by the author after a some time?

Good luck sir. Please learn first how to spot good pinbar(shape and location) and how to recognize (and draw) divergence, last setup seems fine, but you should realize how to draw divergence. Mid setup seems like even trend setup. It really can be tricky, you have to learn those things i wrote 1st, otherwise it might cost you ton money if you will take non A+ setups) like probably 3rd one.
And i didnt remove anything, just updated.

I read and re-read your basis post.

The 2nd and the 3rd are not divergences (up-trend lines both at chart and RSI).
The 1st is divergence (local up at chart, down at RSI).
But all are winning. So, could you, please, show one or more A+ setups at my chart?

just quick review. How you should think about it and "where it could and should be" etc Just go trough old posts, just aware some guys did it wrong or when you scroll up there's pdf of my trades. You can not be thinking like " but all are winning", gamblers say that , you will lose ton times , despite you did everything right...

and also i'd be worried in market like GJ m5, once it has usually big spread for trading m5...

but its very similar to the choros thread what I mainly trade .. some kinds of .. not every technique.
. and Jankone is really one of the rare masters of M5 ....

I never had such an intensive view on the pinbars by itself but in the future I do !
But here is a valid trade I think .
