Dislikedwere not finished with shorting by a long shot, but people are starting to pick up on it and make pips, so its time to turn our attention to some of the longer term traders.
one of the things ive been using for a few years to START me on a trade, or to at least confirm things are still moving decently is an MA crossover.
EMA 2 and SMA 5
throw it on your chart and see whats to be seen --- while excellent for scalping and to check if a move away from your position is going to hold or not (do the MA's cross BACK over ?? -- youll find most of the moves DO NOT cross back over MEANING youre still in the game, which you verify with the other indicators, but for the longer term traders, it signals the beginnings of a move ---- Ill go into more, including a few more ma's AND my MACD divergence meter mark 27, once you gander at the 2 and 5 for a while.
I came up with this a few years ago, and see some folks around the sites are using it ---- wonder why ? (cause it works ?)
