Actually took another peek after the post ann monthly closed was under LMCS so it may journey all the way too the box somewhere, be interesting to watch this month

After many grueling hours, I think I have understood the importance of the bull & bear diagonals. I think! LOL

It appears that these lines actually help us to see the transition of power between the two, once we learn to read between the lines. Forgive the Pun.

It took longer than I anticipated, but the new version of ICCE is now ready to download.

After you have downloaded the indicator and loaded it into your indicators folder in Metatrader 4, remember to restart as the code is uncompiled. If the markets are closed, you will also need to refresh your charts after moving the box objects, as the indicator relies on incoming ticks to update itself.

I have included links to three short videos below that should hopefully get you up and running, but if you have any questions just let me know and I’ll try to answer them.


Loading the indicator and setting up;

Setting up email alerts and clearing your chart.


With regard to email alerts, if you have not yet set up your Metatrader 4 platform for emails, then you will need to do prior to using this feature.

Many thanks for the undoubtedly, hard work that you have undertaken with this indicator. It is truly wonderful.

Also, the videos are extremely descriptive and helpful.
Being from Macclesfield and living in China, it was nostalgic to hear a British accent. Not many British people here in Harbin.

I am sure your hard work will put a smile on Bill's face and cheer him up no end.

Glad you like it Pinbar and Menomoo....hopefully Bemac will be back on his feet soon - it would be nice to have his opinion. I did provide him with earlier drafts to comment on, but he has not used the current version with the improvements to the diagonals.

I have a few other unrelated indi's to finish off for other folks, then I will be writing a Gann fan indicator. You may have noticed the pips per bar value in the information box...that will be used as an input in this indicator. I believe that the two will complement each other. I am sure that I am not the only one that has noticed how frequently markets will track the diagonals....

I have been testing the indi , it looks like I am loosing the box when I go down in time frame any suggestions ?

My apologies for not making that clearer PB The function is used purely to calculate the time value to use for the second coordinate of the trendlines. I manually added a standard cycle line indicator to the chart in order to demonstrate increments of the box width. When the current bar reaches one of these increments, the trendlines are redrawn using the time of this bar as the second time coordinate. This is purely to improve the accuracy of the trendlines - there is not an in-built function to draw the vertical lines that you can see on the image that you posted - sorry!

As for your other question, I am from little old Guernsey. So British Isles, rather than UK.

If my attempt to clarify has the opposite effect, let me know and I'll do a quick vid' to demonstrate....

Does the box reappear when you go back up in timeframes? I experienced this myself and I think that the reason is that I was drawing the box a fair way back on the daily for example, and then dropping down. Now if the daily box is 200 bars back, we will need 4800 bars (200 * 24) loaded into the chart for the box to display on the hourly chart and a lot more on the 15 minute chart. So in my case, I think that I ran out of bars on the lower time frame!

If on the other hand the box is not redrawing when you move back up, then I am not sure - it hasn't happened to me...so I'll need more details from you so that I can try and resolve the issue.

LOL. I hear you but, I also saw Bills video from the PF and know, you know what you are doing, for real.

You can't fool me. Modesty will get you no where with me! LOL

Just got stopped out at BE+ on that M5 trade with an 18 pip SL.
The weekly HCR in this SH, seems to be the key.

And more importantly, we should also note that Bill's indicator, clearly pointed this out.

Looks like we have a nice PPZ here, H4 is showing Divergence.
A nice large H4 bearish PB would be nice.

Just took these double H1 IBs on GU.
It should be noted that although this is an H1 setup, I am looking mainly at the weekly HCR in the SH.

Stopped out at BE on the GU setup, after taking half off the table.
One Day

I am not really sure of the relevance of the information box but, is there any way to turn it off, in the code?
If I delete the code, will it just mess up the indicator.

I like to have as much screen space as possible.
