Friday: My turn to play Chef at Home.
I love Fridays. I get to raid the pantry & fridge & come up with a recipe that absolutely takes ALL consideration of Markets out of my head.
Tonight; Sauted mushrooms & onions in a pork gravy sauce with diced potatoes added late enough to ensure they are cooked. {season to taste.} Shhh. the secret is to add grated parmasian cheese.
Pork Cutlets dry fried with a dehydrated 'Rub' of {most of} the above ingredients with a push on the Hot Spice to show the difference.
Served beside Fresh Corn & Green {String} Beans.
I'll never tell what is on the Menu for Desert.
Have some time off folks & hopefully some fun.
