EA with custom indicator without source code?

Hi all. This might be a silly question, but, if one only has a custom indicator, but not the source code for it, can it still be incorporated into an EA?

depends on the indicator. post the indicator and someone can check it for you. Indicators that just use objects like support and resistance lines for example usually cannot be used.
