1. Log in with your user and password
2. Click on quick links (right top side of your screen)
3. Go to control panel
4. On the left of your screen choose option "Time and Date Options"
5. Change your TZ and other options relevant
6. Save changes.
What i found that if you do t this way the system remebers the settings when you return...
The time shown next to the little blue clock on the calendar view should now match your computer time clock +- a few minutes.
As mentioned, mine would show the changed time on the "Time Set" screen but when I clicked back to the main calendar, the old time would still show.
It was very frustrating. So much so, I went and re-changed the time zoneto Siberia or Outer Mongolia, or something, and turned off the computer.
Next day, I saw the time showing for the weirdest locale, and I saw it was on Siberian time.
So I then went back to "Time" change, and set it for my zone, then rebooted ... and poof! -- this time it came up just fine. It does'nt say anywhere that you have to reboot ... and a guy I know doesn't have to. And you don't have to.
Anyway, it's working now, and I really do thank you for taking the trouble to respond and help me out.
