As far as history is concerned, I have to admit I am not sure how you load the Metaquotes stuff, sorry. You will find that various brokers have differing lengths of history. For example, Interbank FX has very little history of CAD/JPY.

As far as scanning gaps, you can try http://www.stockcharts.com under pre defined scans. Good luck finding anything worth a damn outside of the US markets.

It does look good, but I don't see any technical analysis screener....so you couldn't search for outside bearish bars for example. I could be wrong - but haven't seen them yet.

I used to have Flava Flav in mine. But Infinity's Eazy-E is pretty hardcore.

I have to say I don't trade dailies and I'm still pretty bearish EurGbp but the chart could well be right.

To be honest I'm completely flat at the moment while I'm changing brokers and my "investment horizon" has lengthened considerably recently anyway.

I dont like it as a flag, it has extended too far out in my estimation. The weekly chart shows a nice pinbar that has pushed price up from a little while back.

We are trying to head to 80 still in my opinion.

I like both sides of the story. I've been bullish EG for a bit now, but missed the entry several weeks back, this is a mid-term analysis.

Long term, I'm much more interested in shorting it at the lower TL of the triangle you drew so many months ago, in fact I was a little envious of Arfer's short, because I was holding out for a higher price to sell at.

I think both views can be correct depending on trade duration.

I may play it since 500 pips is just fine if you can get in for less than a 100 pip stop....otherwise I'll just be waiting for a short op higher up.
Don't be too jealous, I closed the trade out for a small gain due to changing brokers.
